A brief description:
The desktop does not display after startup----use IP Address to directly access the J-Star web dashboard
IP address acquisition: DHCP allocation, you can see when entering the LAN router,  that your ESXi host has 2 virtual network cards, which will assign 2 IP Address and support IPv6

How to add MMDVM hardware ?
1)
Vmware ESXi  Host ,add USB device. 
Some ESXi server can not add USB device , follow this :

Set 
Misc.UsbArbitratorAutoStartDisabled = 1
/etc/init.d/usbarbitrator restart 

Disconnect USB MMDVM(USBtoTTL), and connect again.

Graphics card: Changed to 64M memory in ESXi VM host you have import , but the Debian desktop is lost, which will be fixed the later version update.
